Made to Order
Every Twilight Loom Co. piece is woven specially for you after you place your order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be produced and prepared for shipment (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays).

Delivery Times
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the United States and 6–10 business days to Canada.

Where Your Order Comes From
Our designs are created in Belgium, and every item is woven and shipped from North Carolina, USA.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. For orders to Canada, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us. See our Returns & Cancellations policy for details on damaged or incorrect items.
